To those of you who went to Texas for the Annual Meeting, My deepest sympathy: I have lived in Texas, I know Texas, If going to Texas was a condition for owning Dell, I would sell it all!

One thing that was overlook in the shareholder's meeting is that Dell has the second highest amount of revenues per player in the space. Data are as of 4/30/98.

#1 Onsale $ 806,000 /employee
#2 Dell $ 770,000 /employee
#3 Microfsoft $ 615,000/employee

With the blow-out of the internet sales I am confident that currently DELL is second to none, and far far ahead.

History of internet sales:

July 96 : Launched ineternet store
March 97 : $ 1 million/day
June 97 : $ 2 million/day
Nov 97 : $ 3 million/day
Feb 98 : $ 4 million/day
May 98 : $ 5 million/day
July 98 : $ 6 million/day

(source: IBD 7/20/1998)

Just put them on a chart, Maybe August 98 will be pushing for $ 7 m/day.

(To all you guys who want to buy on Monday. Please do me a favor, buy on Tuesday instead because I am buying on Monday while it is still inexpensive... GGG)

Good Luck to All

Paul
