Thanks, and I certainly see the benefits. BTW, found the article entitled "Stock Options are not a Free Lunch" (May 18, 1998) by Forbes' Gretchen Morgenson. In it, she describes how DELL has 38.68 % of its total allocation of stock tied up in employee options. According to Smithers & Co. of London, "if stock options were an employee cost" DELL's reported earnings of $498 mil would actually have been -$862 mil. The pattern is pervasive and it concerns me as a shareholder concerned about dilution of value.
