On the contrary: very often continued funding is contingent on certain "milestones" being met. Usually the details are spelled out.

actually Turboe.. the question about how much funding is in place and for how long the testing will be able to last until more funding is needed has already been answered.. I know YOU know this cuz you can read .. but to those that can't read... they post asking more and more questions about things that have already been answered.. take care.. try not to get caught up in a posting battle with these "morons". They know why they are here.. and they just laugh about it I'm sure. (wonder which part of this post they want to cut and paste to respond to... they never answer anything of importance.. they just pick apart one or two sentences and then respond to it) jim
