Wow, what an unbelievable story. I really hope rudedog can pull some strings and get you some help. I certainly don't own the number of shares that you do but your initial post really got me fired up and mad.

Dear Greg,
It doesn't matter how you received it. You have a legal right to return it within a specified amount of time.Take it back to your nearest best buy and stop credit card payment. Buy a new one and have them set it up in the store first . If they won't, don't buy it. Call both CPQ and a retail competitor (eg, circuit city) and explain how you were burnt.. Been there done that, it works. Good luck, Bill
