If you have been reading the recent posts by Wade Ramey and others, you will note that because of the revers split by DRIV, TSQD now owns 3.2M shares of DRIV rather than 4.8M shares. So you need to reduce all your estimates by approximately 1/3.

Thus if DRIV is at 40, one share of TSQD is worth roughly a bit less than 1/3 of 40 or about 13 just on its DRIV holdings. Then you can decide how much you want to add for the inherent value of TSQD.
