I bought at $24 7/8ths before the $45 buyout rumor

I was watching the activity of the stock when
all of a sudden the buying came in and took
the stock to the 29 11/16ths halt price.

The stock being halted....news pending....
and then a release that its company policy
not to comment on rumor...was very interesting,
to say the least.

Joe Kernan Factor: He covered the buyout rumor
and stock halt. When the stock opened it soared
to a quick $39. Then SRCM released the statement
that it is company policy not to comment on rumors.
Joe wanted to hear that they were being bought out
and disappointment was heard in his voice that they
would not divulge any more.
The intonation of his
voice caused a major sell off among traders.

Then Pluvia comes along and causes the weak hearted
to sell. But with each sell off there is a surge of
buying ---which has to upset the shorts!

The factor that will tell us if the the longs
or shorts are winning is if it can hold the $25 Pre Rumor
trading price.

So far the longs are Winning and the shorts are whining.

SRCM stock is not for the casual investor. It's Las Vegas!
And people go to Las Vegas, not because of fundamental or
technical analysis, but because of HOPE of winning at a
GAMBLE. Big gamblers are buying into the rumor - hence
the bock trades - highest being 100,000 shares.

The shorts are using Conventional thinking, which doesn't
always work out in the rumor arena.

Also, alot of people have set Monday as the day the news
will come - this is pure speculation. Rumors, if true,
can take some time before becoming reality. Sometime
next week would be okay for me.

A believer,
S.W.
