Does anybody know how many shares are authorize by AOL board??? All this talk about a split might be wishful thinking if there isnt enough shares.

AOL, I'm just getting in... Can't beat em.. Join em... MSFT, I thought it had to hit 150 also... But I got burnt last FEB when they announced at 134.

What kind of earnings should we be looking for?
I am thinking something like .22 minimium for this PE.
