One possible explanation for the arrival of some bashing is this: If and when the merger is completed, and who knows when that will be, the stock symbol and CUSIP # will change, the company name will change and all short positions of CSMA will be required to cover.

Now, before you say: "There he goes again, talking short positions etc...", let me clarify. As with any stock, there are always short positions. I do not believe they will have any difficulty in covering since there are more than enough longs to accomodate them. What I am saying is that a shorter who knows they will have to cover this month, year, decade, century, millenium, whatever would want the stock to be driven as low as possible before they start covering. The lower it gets, the greater their profit and the greater the likelihood the stock price can be kept low.

The incredible accusations thrown out about the company have a timing associated with them that is quite suspicious.
