Doesn't CPQ have some products that are offered by CS when they took over Tandem Computers, who previously bought Ungerman-Bass?

You are right ! Benson should believe to up stock over $30. Problem of CS is Bob Levine. No company like CS to take over because management. Now Benson need to up stock and sell his stock as well as Bob sold at high price.
