Hi Diana - I sent both articles to Jaws yesterday afternoon. We will try to contact the contest winners to let them know about the Jaws contest. Who knows, they might already be trying! As far as triple DES is concerned, that might mean that it's 3 X 56 bit or 168 bit. I'll check with Jaws on Monday or maybe someone on the thread knows the answer to that one. But even that would be quite strong because 57 bit is twice as strong as 56 bit; 58 bit is twice as strong as 57 bit, etc.. That's why 4096 bit is incredibly strong. But remember, it's not only Jaws' strength that makes it a great product. It also encrypts files very quickly but is also "small" enough to be used in, for example, smart cards. The three Ss of Jaws: Strength, Speed and Size. As far as buying Jaws now is concerned, I obviously can't speak for the entire thread, but I will give you my thoughts. Once we get rid of the overhang of the contest, I believe that Jaws will start to move upwards. I don't anticipate a huge move, just a nice orderly one. Look at the first trading day after the contest was thought to be over - June 29. I think the stock moved from the high 50s to touch 75 cents, closing in the high 60s. Then, later that day, Rob announced during the conference call that they were extending the contest for a month. And we've been on a slow decline since then. So in 2 weeks, the company should be kicking into high gear - the contest ends on July 31 - (for sure this time!), we'll have added a high profile board member and the PDA modifications will have been completed. Sales should be right around the corner. Hope that helps, I think it's going to be a very interesting 12 months. bbruin "HLBS&DW"
