Sorry. I was never concerned about it so it didn't seem particularly significant at the time. Didn't realize it was a big issue for some people.

halted for 2 weeks trading on pinks for 2 weeks and no news from the company since the May 22 news besides the 8-K filing of July 7 not everybody has access too, it will be another 2 years before they make any news releases,if we are lucky maybe July 22 seeing GE likes the #2 , money no problem at this time hell he should be telling investors that over the wire instead of putting in the 8-K that the company is in debt and might have too issue 10 mil. more shares where in the hell did they come up with some money that is shareholder information as far as I am concerned,private placement of more shares or what,did the European come across for the other $125,000 Did another bank jump on board and loan them money ???? chit like that should be out over the wire before and not just included in the 10K 10q GE has got to learn to keep all shareholders informed and not depend on internet for info,mostly false,get it from the horses mouth. they got to give all shareholders confidence,instead of select few IMO tell shareholders their plan for getting off this pinkie bullcht another # they like is within 10 or Friday the latest Friday everything should be out the Web page will be updated LOL they do not even have the blls to inform shareholders of what the SEC is demanding of them , to get off the pinkie,or why they are there how many times do they have to be hit on the side of the head with a 2by4 , still do not inform all shareholders of what is going on.
