Have a good weekend, Scott's Liquid Gold wins lawsuit DENVER, July 24 (Reuters) - A federal jury on Friday found in favor of Scott's Liquid Gold Inc in a lawsuit brought by the founder's daughter that claimed the company owed her money for developing a new product. Leslee Brooks and her husband, a dermatologist, sued the company and her father Jerome Goldstein, claiming that the Brookses were entitled to a significant share of the proceeds from sales of the Alpha Hydroxy Acid skincare product line. The product is used to treat several skin conditions, including wrinkles. But the jury found the the couple did not prove their claim of unjust enrichment. Scott's major product had been household care products, including furniture polish, but sales of the skincare product which came on board in the past few years has surpassed the home products.
