Allan, I've been gone for a couple of days so I apologize for the delay in getting back to you. 1. Maverick Trading provides order routing to SOES, SelectNet, Island,& ARCA. We also offer access to INCA, B-Trade and Attain. 2. Each company that uses Townsends Real Tick can modify the "Script" that is sent to each customer. Some tab setups etc are configured by each company but the basic configuration is the same for all Real Tick users. We have developed our own manual that contains some useful tricks and time savers that we give to our traders. Also we have a library of pages that different traders have developed for new traders to use. 3. We do have Demo software for use. Let me know if you are interested and I can put you on the list to use it. I try and help each new person with any questions that they might have and transfer my vast knowledge of the software to our new people <GGG> LOL. 4. No overnight positions mean that you can trade 2Xs your cash value as many times intraday as you want. The computer system automatically updates your buying power throughout the day. You don't get to use the profits from today's trading until the following day. If by chance that you do hold a position overnight the stock will be marked to market and 5% (long) 30% (short) will be withheld from your equity. 5.Yes you can trade with IRA account. You are correct that your account would be classified differently. You would still be able to trade through your net worth.
