Dennis- good going. I requested the BAY cd so many months ago, i gave up on it. It has not arrived. The book I ordered for free from CISCO was GREAT! Written by a bunch of Intel guys! A nice woman for CSCO called to follow up two weeks later. I asked her for a onesie price on a specific model number of autonegotiating switch, and she easily answered my question. I was pretty impressed with CSCO! A class act. Looking forward to the week and after, Richard
