JimB; WOW!!! You offer a gazillion good suggestions and hardly a thank you. Make one suggestion a little premature and all hell breaks loose. If you look at the chart at the time this was suggested there was this very big brick wall. Not a good time to buy but a lot of people did. My guess is we've hit the support/accumulation for awhile, between .37 and .43. If this baby hits .375 I'll be loading up the truck. I think you've picked a good one here, but testing and approval is still down the road aways, a long long ways. This is long term. This is JMHO. This is Sunday afternoon.
