Conversion as follows: Based on CD common price in Feb 2001 If common is less than $37 per share you will receive 1.3514 common for each pride. If common is anywhere between $37 to $48.10 per share you will receive $50 in common for each pride. If common is above $48.10 per share you will receive 1.0395 common for each pride.
