I enjoyed reading your post. Many years ago, I was working in a DEC VMS shop and studying Windows programming in my spare time. While everyone around me laughed, I bought MSFT stock. A decade later, I'm laughing.

I wish someone would have given me the quality of advice you posted when I first left school. Even more importantly, I wish I would have been smart enough to take it. Happy investing, PW.

That was a realisitic and enjoyable post. I wish I could read more like that (probably because I agree with it). Technically orientated people really do seem to have a severe problem undertading the business and investment orientated side of the game (no disrespect meant to the techie crowd). Please read rcmfinancial.com , where I attempt to explain why MSFT and similar growth companies trade at the alleged "high" valuations.
