Major and Junior companies alike inform shareholders of line of credit
to see what the stock price will do for them,shareholders need to know if the company is going to benefit from the extra cash or is it another bridge finance deal to keep the company afloat,it works both ways it can make the stock price go up or down.

and do not compare a blue chip stock to a stock that is on the pinks

Do you, or does anyone on this thread, know what the limit is (as authorized by a shareholder vote) for the number of shares that GE can issue?

The primary way for a company to raise money for further ventures is to issue shares. Always this is limited by a vote. The second way is to take an equity loan against their assets. I suspect this second way is closed to GE without verification.

Another point is that I don't believe that any "observer" can be on site during third party verification. It makes for problems.

Any info?
