Dan, your comments sum up my thoughts as well. I have followed this story for many months and at times tried to bring balance to the forum. There were many members of the forum that were pure cheerleaders for KRY. That's fine. The problem is that their conclusions appear to have been based on rumors and gossip - much attributed to Mr. Carson.

Looking forward I see very little value in KRY. The cash balance of the company has decreased by over $5 million since the first quarter; Albino is a less than a marginal mine even with veta rights (whatever that means); the company has never made any money; it does not have mining people on the board although some members of management have good mining experience; it does not have the ability to raise financing in a low gold price environment. This lawsuit will further drain KRY coffers and should precipitate the departure of management and many members of the BOD. I think in one of my previous posts I said the stock would be worth $.50 - I was wrong more like $.25.
