Ever been to a carnival, Atlas? Sure you have. Remember the rat-faced looking guy with the unfiltered Camel dangling from his lips offering you the "..chance of a lifetime" and all you had to do was guess which shell the pea was under as he shuffled them in double-time right before your eyes, and of course you were so sure you could follow the shell he'd put the pea under, but when the shuffling stopped and the shells stopped moving and you made your pick.. guess what? No pea! Welcome to the Wonderful World of IREMCO, Atlas. We're just a little bit luckier than those great carnival days, though, because this pea does telegraph its location and you pick up the clues by watching the volume and the press releases that come out for Indo-Pacific [ INDX ], Trans-Orient [ TEPUF ], Trans New Zealand [ TNZO ], and Durum Energy [ DUE.V ]. And now you know how to play The Greedy Guidi Shell Game, Atlas. You're welcome.

Atlas
I have been a stockholder in indx for several years. During that time
indx has participated in drilling two wells. I do not recall indo drilling a well where they had the primary responsibility for drilling and completing the well. They seem to specialize in doing seismic
studies. I am beginning to wonder if the have staff that have the knowledge necessary to drill and complete a well. To date, indo has
not been able to deliver on their promises to establish an active
drilling program which I think is a separate issue from rig availability.

I think the pea concept is valid. The pea is located where Guidi and
friends are busy exercising stock options that dilute stockholder interest. I have always known where the pea is and it is not in the four companies previously listed but in IREMCO. If any information could be obtained about the activities of IREMCO, you might be able
to understand the pea. To date, I have never had a response to questions presented the indo officials including Guidi about the companies operated or owned by IREMCO.

For what it's worth!
