To all: I agree with the strategy Mark stated of giving your proxy to someone you trust to vote it at the meeting and with the most possible information present. I would also like too have a clearer idea of what the costs are to "explore" either or both strategies. Does the company have funds for either or both? Would more private placements be required before production? Would they be available to all existing shareholders who are currently taking the hit? What is the timetable (even if an educated guess) of drilling, assaying, and testing for either/both methods? I would also like a list of who is in which camp. I would like to have a list of their share holdings and when those were bought or sold. Any director who is down on shares and was "lucky" to sell at an opportune time should be out. These people are not competent to decide in my interest when their own nests are so well tended. With this company I do not believe in luck. I do believe in information or lack of it. In general demand answers "before" your shares are voted. We have placed our bets already. This is our only chance to find out the rules of the game. Almost all of us are atleast one step behind the real facts of this company. We are caught in the rumor mill. This is our chance to level the playing field. Everyone who is long this stock is mad. It doesn't matter if we have 1000 (mine is much larger) or 1,000,000 (mine is much lower). We have all invested significantly of our financial and emotional assets. This is true regardless of how strongly you agree or disagree with other posters. I do not mind being wrong. I do mind being misled. There are certainly some posts that have intended to do this. For those who have intended to mislead - I hope your circles get closed. For those of you who intended to help - I hope your circles get closed.
