According to the news wires a 20-F was submitted on 7/1. The post I sent earlier may be about something else entirely as it was made on 7/11. I don't know what these disclosure announcements mean. I posted them as information to the readers of this forum and was hoping to learn what they were about. I too, am unable to get information from disclosure.com.
