Look, if they don't make the 50 mln. but less for the first year we shouldn't have a problem with that although the press release stated that the contracts are valued at 50 mln. But if they also don't have the contracts with the other two companies that is worse. Because then the whole press release was a fraud IMO. And Jerry being a lawyer makes everything even worse. He of all people should know to be carefull what he is releasing. For the long term (but we have to hear first more about it) I will keep my shares and maybe buy more if things look good. Because the concept he is now working on is good, Douglas mentioned it also many times and he knows the business. So if Jerry should be capable of getting contracts when all the acquisitions are made (maybe this takes so much time) then the future looks good. I hope they will have some good news next monday. I believe they will come out with something to clear up the april press release and tell us that things are still in negotiation and that the current acquisitions first have to be finalized before he can concentrate on the contracts. Then I expect that the new clients will start with only smaller contracts to find out if everythings is oke (delivering on time, quality, etc.) and then after a certain period of time they will expand their contracts. Just my feeling, but we will see next week. Rene.

Not only do I not see any justification in these statements, I submit we are shooting ourselves in the foot by posting them here. Look at the bid/ask since this topic started. The MM's are having a field day at our expense. This is the OTC market. If you cant handle the heat, get out of the kitchen! As for me, even if this company isn't a $16/shr one, I find it hard to believe it's going to be a .35/shr one forever. They appear to be doing enough things right to make this a couple of bucks at the minimum. .../MK
