Daniel, No stock pays a 40% dividend. No company could afford this. Be careful when a Dividend is high (ie. 9%) because stock price may be declining with cause and the dividend may be reduced or eliminated. Dividends aren't guarenteed year to year. There are many ways to trade/invest. Keep reading, learning, and possibly paper trading (though understand this is much easier than the real world) and you'll be fine.
