Terry ..It's my understanding that the mgf. must supply all of the approvals..UL listing/FDA approval/Other??. I equate it to an extension cord at the hardware store, the store doesn't "own" the cord per-say, but the cord still needs to have the UL label...That's my understanding of the situation, but I could be wrong?? By the way who owns the D1000, if not Biocontrol? I have not seen any reference to another company in any of the DD that I've done? TJG
