P.F.:

And further to your points:

It would not be unusual if, as part of its negotiations with other OEM's, WAVX had agreed not to make any specific announcements prior to the announcement being made by the OEM itself. If such were the case on one or more OEM-fronts, WAVX would be well advised to make no announcements, even general non-OEM-specific ones, that could antagonize or jeopardize the developing the relationships. They may be wisely saying nothing more that they must.

Although I have not observed the Raging Bull site, I will have a look as you suggest.

Thanks.

Steve

Great post, Pure Folder. Between your reasoning and Wahoograd's information, I'm more optimistic than I was yesterday on this. I'll believe it fully only when I see that the deal is done, but I'm starting to believe that that apparition on the horizon might just be our ship coming in. I'd like to see some movement in the stock price to confirm this. If word of this is getting out, we should see some serious buying.

Optimists are accumulating and......
I continue to accumulate.

As I said last weekend, it is going to be very difficult to get shares under 4.5 on any regular basis now, if at all.

My favorite prgrph from the Firewall article is:

"The coalition is an outgrowth of PC makers' research and development efforts. PC makers took the lead and began forming partnerships with Intel and I/O chip makers, including National Semi.... IBM and HP, in particular, will invest research and development funds to develop the PC security system, the sources said.

Now if we are rumored to be close to HP, as Mr. Sprague just said we HAVE a deal with IBM, and your freakin' CEO was the CEO of National Semi.. for 10 years for heaven sakes and has friends/connections there....come on!! .....!!!!!!@!!!!!!:-)))

Man, backdooring the Wave METER into PCs via 'security' is ingenious!!

Mr. S. and P. Sprague, a toast to your genius!! Nice to hear ya Steve.
