imo it wasn't a great loss. I also think some of the replacements are doing a good job. Look they all read from a script.... and Joe it seems is heavily relied upon to fill time (open space) when they are running ahead, without any more written or an interview that didn't connect. Some say Joe goes on & and on but I think he being told to fill out the space. John
