One thing I have noticed is if you catch someone then the very one you catch uses the internet to continue with the lies and fraud in the secrecy of Private Messages. It is quite effective tool for reversing the tables because people spread the word. Place the proper seed and it will sprout to unmeasureable heights.. Since caughting someone in a stock I have learned a lot. People are easily manipulated which the SEC and other agencies are in fact taking their time but gathering posts, private messages and emails. They even have folks requesting to be on emails and emails. They have a sole division doing nothing but monitoring the internet. Vice squads of the SEC have in fact busted many a ring of stock manipulators. The internet is an open forum. Soon the law will come to wild net just like the wild west. Just a matter of time. GB
