I must concur. I was told relatively the same thing by mr. Ma'ayan in a telephone conversation a couple of days ago. Wasn't there some discussion here a few days ago that ADOT would possibly use its screens in conjunction with some of Biomoda's projects, but Mr. Ma'ayan says he doesn't know the CEO of ADOT in the slightest, so one wonders how the two Company's would have any product tie-ins without a relationship. Sounds like ADOT just holds 21-plus percent of Biomodas' stock....period. Another thing... If ADOT is just a shareholder like the rest of us, with no other relationship with Biomoda...how come they are publishing news releases with what is going on at Biomoda??? Is there really a relationship there that we don't know about??? Doesn't Biomoda release their own news. I don't own the 21% interest in Biomoda, but wouldn't it be like me, an ADOT shareholder putting out news on Biomoda???? A little confused as to the relationship between these two Companies. Chuckr

Hi Thomas: Thanks for sharing this with us. I am puzzled by the percentage of ownership. ADOT, in a press release on JUNE 8th said that "ADOT recently increased its ownership in BIOMODA to 27%". Either Mr Ari is forgetting that, or Biomoda issued more shares of Biomoda, thus diluting the percentage of ADOT'S ownership. That means that ADOT is allowed to buy more shares to keep their ownership to 27%. We recently traded 1 million shares in two days and I am wondering who was selling into the last PR at 18 and 19 cents? I have not checked the insider trading link for a while. If I find anything interesting, I will pass it along. Take Care Fred
