Jim, I believe that Dwayne is looking into the issue of the number of shares in the common float...Between 30 and 40 million seems to ring a bell with me...I could be wrong... I have seen the numbers before But I just can't remember.... I know that the majority of the shares are restricted and insider held....Has anybody heard from Wayne??? Have a good night JG

Jack, No, I'm not afraid of it either. This current price just extends the "buying opportunity". I agree with you on the merger activity too. How many wood products are you making? Sounds like a bunch!! Jim J
