Hi Joanie. ANAN beat estimates by 100% on Fri. They have beaten estimates for the last 6 quarters. On the surface everything looks great. Institutions were buying last quarter and own 44% of the shares. No debt. The Co.sells to fiber optic and cellular customers; hot sectors. The chart looks like the stock has bottomed out.

On the "be wary side," all three of the analysts were already covering the stock. Prudential is famous, at least with me, for research after the fact. There are several shareholder lawsuits in progress against ANAN. While it's true that shareholder lawsuits are becoming more common, the claims against ANAN seem valid and reasonable.

Lastly, but perhaps most relevant is that revenues and income have decreased from last year, same quarter and year to year comparisons.
