I have reported my conversation as accurately as I can recall. And I am convinced that John Gorman was being completely honest with me.

I believe you, Dennis. But we have two alleged statements made by people associated with Osicom, which conflict with each other. That's not a good thing.

If you felt that the company still had significant potential it its products, how does this move affect that in any way?

Has a company with significant products ever succeeded despite an incompetent management team?

I don't think so, and my suspicion that Osicom's management team is incompetent has been confirmed by this latest, incredibly stupid move. Even TBoneNYC, one of Par Chadha's most ardent supporters, was shocked and upset by the out-of-the-blue announcement of the reverse split, according to his posts on RagingBull.com, though now on SI he is falling back into his rose-colored outlook that the company has good (albeit secret) reasons for everything they do.

I think it's time for me to bail out at a huge loss. Barb Payne sold at twice the current level; she was obviously the smartest person on the thread (though Osicom's management team is also making Craig Crawford look pretty smart).
