246810, I agree with you, they don't 'tout' NYRR, but they aren't guilty of hype either. I also would like to see consistency, but they are very realistic in rolling with the punches, something very necessary in a small business such as this. What I do know is that I have called NYRR management several times and each time they are busy in day to day operations, are signing on new accounts and new business. Business and revenue keep increasing each time I call. In the long run, that is better for us than "tout". Jim J
