As Dick answered while I was responding to him <g>, you have to have equal #s of '('s and ')'s.
Only need 'if (condition) then' for AND OR combos, so can use
'if Close(0) >max(-1,-250,cl) then' instead of
'if ( Close(0) >max(-1,-250,cl)) then'
