Have to agree with Durro and TG, the delivery is too slick and just who are "The Boys". This poster is obviously a lost Cowboy's fan reviewing the results of last years season. A "red tail" myself, I have seen this act on many other BB's where information and performance has been slow in coming. Though I too am not very happy with the performance of the management team and the stock, this pattern of bashing a stock into submission is being repeated in other BB stocks such as Viking Resources (VIKG), who showed great promise but has been fumbling the ball in delivering on its promises.

My real concern was raised when long time icon of CSMA, KZAP, bailed. Not to blame KZAP, because everyone makes their own buy/sell decisions, but, I was more than surprised at the reversal of fortune and the apparent treatment by CSMA officials of the long time supporter. I will be anxiously awaiting the playing out of this soap opera. My thanks to the researchers as I have not stayed as close to this one as maybe I should have.

All of what has happened (delays, deals not completed, incidents of poor investor relations, etc.) sometimes may seem like signs of bad management or worse intentional deception ... but these are things that also happen to honest people trying to run a business.

Short of hiring a good detective, only time will tell which is which.

In the meanwhile, it is probably best to give them the benefit of the doubt and ignore unsubstantiated allegations and rumor.

If it turns out we are being deceived, then we should try our best to pierce the corporate shell and get these guys prosecuted individually ... demanding at a minimum 5 years in jail ... without access to AdHatters !
