I can see how someone could believe this but why do u believe this? How much influence do u think old management still has on the people still there? What purpose would the management serve by destroying the company? Why would they think that the share holders who have been major activists sit back and let something like this go unchecked? Many many many questions there r ...... oh how I yearn for the day I can finally sit back and roost.
