Ernest - As CEO of a company, I used to take offense at anyone who ever wanted to sell Heartsoft stock. But the fact is that as employees and older investors move on to other companies and other investments, they move on to other interests. So, I don't comment or even really pay attention to such filings... I cannot prevent it, so its a waste of time to get worried over it. Fortunately 144 filings happen in ALL company's but its never a large amount of stock and our management is acquiring stock, not selling it. Benjamin
