There is a good article in this weeks Business Week on Visa and Mastercard and the pressures they are facing due to new tehnologies and bank consolidation. There's no direct mention of Checkfree but the article does mention the difficulties with SET. If you have not already read it I think you will find it interestng. Unfortunately I cannot give you a link. BusinessWeek.com teases you with some on-line articles, but requires a subscription to get to the real meaty ones.
