Hubert J.P. Shoemaker - $15+Million Profit Taking 9/97-4/98 Research the Insider Trading Report for Mr. Shoemake-Chairman of the board. Period 9/9/97 - 4/98 Sold close to 400,000 shares (not including options) Over 15.5 MIllion Profit (less cost basis) Doe anyone have a problem with this? Comments? CAVEAT EMPTOR

Class Action Suit--John E. Abdo/Jerome J. Petrisko v Centocor et al I have researched the company litigations and found 2 Pending Class Action Lawsuits against the company (10K-1998) Actions involve Paine Webber R+D Partners, Centocor Partners 11+111, and certain Limited Partners. Filed in 1995, and apparently still pending. Is anyone involved with this situation? What is the status. Thanx. CAVEAT EMPTOR
