To All: As most of my posts are to all in general........ Ok, many different opinions, good. Maybe this will get figured out. I expect more problems before salutions. Now, if Ad-HaTTeRs is currently making money, how much is it? Can we say for arguements sake it is averaging $30k per month for the last Qtr. Could that money be skimmed? You answer that. What is CSMA's current expenses? Ad-HaTTeRs is not an expense at all, it is paying it's way. LPS, no money lost there was there? Money spent in Conroe? How much? Workover work? I thought the agreement was to "drill a new well" I believe the CSMA news release stated up to "eight new wells". Or am I just way off base here? You answer that. Done deal? Which brings us to Envirotech. If NOTHING is being done, then NOTHING SHOULD be being spent! Or am I wrong again? One other thing. The merger deal. That is a stock only deal, right? But, it must take a little money to close that right? Don't you logicly think Buff knows how to cleanly close this deal? I mean, it's not their first Rodeo is it? Now finally. It looks like to me that the "skimming" that is in question could be done on a small scale. But I personally don't know!!! And it is Not MY accuation! But I'll comment anyway. Is it a stock "skimming" deal that is being accused of or a cash "skimming" deal that is being made? Or both? You are invited to find out, I personally don't know, I'm just bringing it out to ask for myself! I have heard the rumors. Can they be proved? I will ask; How much is Ad-HaTTeRs making and where is the money? Like I said before, I hope it is in a nice safe bank. And the delay is because of rig non-availibility not because the money is not there! JMHO on all statements made by me above. KZAP fwiw, spelling may be off, I was in a big hurry...............
