I agree 100% that the sector will not move as a whole until oil prices make a SUSTAINED move...I guess i just feel that this move will come this fall/winter based on a lot of factors which I believe will come together. The downside risk in this sector is one hell of a lot lower than the upside potential at this point. For one who has the patience and time to wait, I believe now is the time to load the boat. Watch the API numbers tuesday evening and watch what they do to the price of oil and the sector Wednesday!! Just my little prediction..may be totally wrong but let's all watch.
