I find Lexis is helpful. A free one that may or may not be helpful is lawguru.com

It probably would end up costing more money to have a case moved but that does not indicate or the lack of a sufficient case.

For instance a case I have been researching was one of stock manipulation. I would of course not presume the party guilty till they have had their day in court, BUT the fact that were earlier cases the same individual was a party too; leads me to believe where there is smoke there is fire.
