Shane will report, and so will I. IBM has been and will continue to be LSI's primary ASIC competitor. LSI has successfully competed with IBM in the past, and it will continue to do so. My overall feeling is that this sort of news (which is old news to this board) will most likely enhance LSI's seeking or being sought by another major dance partner. And given the value of their intellectual property, this makes LSI all the much better a buy as a potential takeover target.
