Gary,
I am involved in a suspected arson case involving a former tennant, and a now former property that burned to the ground about 7 hours after the woman moved the rest of her stuff out of the house.

The fire department and the police have told me that even tho they strongly suspect she did it, they almost have to catch her with the match in her hand to successfully prosecute her.

Unfortunately, I will probably never get a day in court with the *itch, but, she is the one that has to live the rest of her life looking over her shoulder, wondering if she will be arrested for this.

What comes around goes around, and I believe people reap what they sow.
