Question for all: I need some help understanding where Rowan (RDC) currently sits as far as shallow or deep water. In addition, what do folks think now that they have missed their latest earnings report and are in the 17's. They experienced no bounce back last week as many of the others did. Can we finally say that most of the downside is out of this one or that more is coming with the certain EPS cuts, rig utilization problems etc. Thanks for any opinions/facts etc.
