Price averages - OIL

In May 1998 oil average price was $15
In June 1998 oil average price was $13.6 or 9% lower -> PPI was +0.1
In July 1998 oil average price is $14.2 and rising ?

Saddam again rattles the cage

US Long bond is at 5.74% (at support) v. 5.6% by end of June

Now grains will kick in as the heath wave in the south is destroying lots of crops.

England starts to fear unemployment again! and in the US, GM strike intensifies.

Indonesia and Korea want more money, and the musical chair ritual is in full swing in Japan.

Russia must rule by decree to cut the budget and raise taxes, to get their money from the IMF. Not exactly a democratic way of doing business.

Here is another possible slant on the 1205 #. You can Interpret the 10/28 low to the 12/8 high Wave 1 of the final move. If you added that gap to 1074 low of wave 4 you would have 1205.
