Hi Sheila, Good question. Probably because it's viewed as a small part of what is now a pretty large corporation, and the smart money does not think CPQ will sell/spin it off. There has been a good deal of talk on this thread concerning Alta Vista, many are of the opinion that AV should be spun off while the 'Intercraze' is in full bloom. I think it can become a very valuable 'portal' property for CPQ, they are already programming in links to the service on their new Presario PC's. Key is how they handle it. John
