GMGC will share revenue from the $50 activation fee with its resellers. The amount will vary. Resellers will get spiffs in increasing amounts for initial activation of every Portico account. The lowest spiff will be $30 for the $19.95 a month up to at least $80 for the $159.95 account. These spiffs must be repaid however, in part, by the resellers if the Portico account does not remain active for at least 6 months.

As for residuals, GMGC will be paying at least 15% for all revenue $10,000 or more, on a monthly basis. (This percentage could be low - I don't know the precise residual numbers.) The residual rates will compound for at least four (4) years (maybe longer) before all revenue or residuals revert back to GMGC. The residual rates will be about 8% for monthly revenue over $1,000; 10% for monthly revenue over $5,000,and (at least) 15% for all monthly revenue over $10,000.

Anybody: General question concerning P/E's.

Are P/E's relative to quarterly or yearly earnings? For example, if GMGC:

1. made 25 Million dollars in a given quarter; and
2. there were 50 Million shares outstanding;and
3. The stock traded at a P/E of 30 times earnings

Then, would the Stock trade for

A. $15 a share (quaterly calculation: 30*25/50); or
B. $60 a share (yearly calculation: 30*(4*25)/50; or
C. Soemthing else?

This has never been clear to me.

Thanks - Iraklis
