yes, you are correct. I have the same misgivings about buying online (an unknown face). That is why I like the fact of the 3rd party verifying and gathering the merchandise before sending it out to the respective parties who traded.

Very good post... and there are those that play in what is called the grey area of the law also. Common sense is the key to anthing with money. After missing a few runners that weights on your common sense. Each transaction with money has a risk especially when based on line information.

Sure as the world turns the one point out of a thousand you cannot verify is the one that will cost you. Non disclosures, insider information, contracts, etc etc etc are typically not privy to the internet and that is where the greg area flourishes.

When it comes to miney always use common sense.
