Bob, you are absolutely right about having to pay more to a middleman, and also about the usenet newsgroups (I guess). The reason I say "I guess" about the usenet newsgroups, is that, I wouldn't have the foggiest idea on how to navigate my way there if my life depended on it. Now that I have shown my ignorance, let me explain something else. You see, with more and more people getting onto the internet, they are just like me (or even worse, horrors!). They can only do the "easy stuff". These people NEED easy to find, graphic, walk me thru it, kind of stuff. Finding my way to SI was tough enough. I had been online for 2 YEARS before managing to find my way here (two months after I became interested in the stock market). I have employees everyday asking me about how to get online, what is a search engine, etc. Again, these people who don't work with a computer everyday, or in an office situation, NEED easy places to go. New people to the internet LIKE to look at graphics, and hear their sound cards. How else are they going to know that their computer really works?? As far as the scam artists, well, yes, I am sure there will be some. But aren't they in EVERY OCCUPATION that you know of? You just have to work at finding ways to catch them. Put safeguards in place. This is why I like the idea of a middleman. Makes it more trustworthy. Now, as far as IBCX goes, it doesn't really matter to me whether anyone from here buys it or not. I think the stock will be okay without any support from SI. I just thought that since I had gotten some really good info and DD on other stocks, I would share some of my own. I know it isn't a "penny stock", but with the # of shares outstanding, it might as well be. No, I don't think you are flaming me, and you brought up some good points, Bob. Ok, I am off my soapbox now......;o) Randi
